Is there anyone who hasn’t had contact with a call centre? Most brands and service companies make use of call centres to speak to their customers. How do you train new and existing employees in a call centre? Cevora wanted to do it in a brief, fun way.
What is fun and educational at the same time? A serious game, of course. You find yourself in a simulated call centre environment. New questions are constantly coming in, via chat, e-mail or social media. It’s up to you to speak to each customer correctly. Through the short bits of theory woven throughout the game, you learn that the customer is king, but that the king isn’t always right…
